Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order as efficiently as possible, whether you're shopping from within Pakistan or internationally. Please review the details below:

Expected Delivery Time

Within Pakistan:

  • Unstitched Items: 3–5 working days

  • Stitched Items: 20–25 working days

Outside Pakistan:

  • All orders: 25–30 working days

Note: For custom stitching with linings, please allow an additional 7 working days.

Shipping Charges

  • Within Pakistan: Rs. 250 will be charged

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination

Courier Partners

Domestic Deliveries (Pakistan):

  • We use reliable courier services including (but not limited to): Leopards Couriers, FastEx, PostEx, TCS

International Deliveries:

  • We ship worldwide using trusted partners like DHL, SkyNet, and others depending on your location

Order Processing

  • All stitched orders (except ready-to-wear PRET) are made-to-order

  • Production begins on the next business day following order confirmation

Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available within Pakistan only. Payment is collected by the courier upon delivery.

  • Custom Stitched Orders: Must be paid in advance at the time of order placement. These are not eligible for COD.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Currently, we do not deliver to India due to logistical and regulatory restrictions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.

Please check your Inbox and Spam/Junk folder to ensure you receive this email.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

  • Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply when your package arrives in your country.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • Payment of these duties is the responsibility of the customer and is required to release your order from customs.
