At Khodgi, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered. However, returns and exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

You received a damaged item.

You received the wrong item.
Note: Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unused, unworn, and in original condition

Includes all tags and original packaging

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
In case of an exchange or refund, the customer must ship the outfit back to BRAND within 7 days of receiving the outfit, otherwise, the request will not be accepted.
Any mailing/shipping charges associated with the exchange of a defective item are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

You received the wrong item
We'll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you may request an exchange.
The fastest way is to return the item and, once approved, we will send the correct item.
Important Notes

Stitched items based on incorrect size information provided by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Cancellation or Modification
All paid orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled after 24 hours of order placement.
